Getting ready to leave Park City UT (spent the past week) in the morning for Taos (F/S/S) then back to HOT Texas..... Will have 52nd anniversary on Sat...Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Had most of this week off Egging. After feeding Dom's friends on Saturday we had plenty of food left over to keep us going. Down to 2 kids at home again, life's getting easier. These are the thighs, half jerk and half plain. Also chilli dogs and smash burgers. To busy to picture everything!
For tea tonight I did sausages, some with bacon, and chicken breasts with a curry paste. Did a poor man's SV on the chicken - poach in stock for 7 or 8 minutes and allow to cool in the poaching water. Coat with the paste and put on the Egg to give a tandoori(ish) finish.

Surf and turf, thinner on sale New York strips. Hot and fast, very good. Then potato wedges. In-laws are here and been nice having the extra help. Father in law is a good sport and been helping me landscape.

it was 74 yesterday and today. Amazing. All the doors and windows open all day and our 2 AC units got most of the day off both days. It rained like hell too. Kids wanted to go to the pool when i needed to do the last fold so i threw it in the fridge. Gassrd out some but gonna be fine. Gonna be 2 loaves of bacon hatch bread and probably hot dog buns.
