    @SamIAm2 - being old, I recall the tight sphincters at the time.  The world was staring at a different challenge then-easier to quantify and know the enemy.  Not so today and thus the uncertainty and resulting angst.
    Nice read-thanks for sharing.
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    @Sea2Ski That shrimp looks delicious.
    Coleman, Texas
    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
    "Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

    Water line repair.

    Replacing  schedule 40 with schedule 80. Anyone know if you can direct bury pex? That would be ideal.  Wondering about the crimps rotting off.  I know you can install in areas where it would be exposed to sunlight.
    If you don’t have a lot of connections they make shark bite fittings for PEX.

    Looks good @lkapigian

    Chuck is my go-to for smash burgers as well. Bacon through the onions is an addition I'm going to have to try out!
