@YukonRon. I hope you are taking (or took) the official “underground” tour of the colosseum. Being inside where they explain how they flooded the arena, moved exotic animals silently throughout it, prepared the gladiators for “entertainment”, all the while knowing this is where thousands have lost their lives is an amazing and powerful experience.Rome as a whole is utterly fascinating. Hope you are loving every minute of it.Not bad local wines either....--------------------------------------------------
