Enjoying the post game show after Ravens lock down the #1seed! 😊
Enjoy it while it lasts. Getting Lamar’s QB play for what the Ravens are paying is a steal. He’ll get $40mil/yr on the next contract and it’ll starve out other position players. Same thing happened when you had to play Flacco after the Super Bowl. Team went steadily downhill.
Thanks for the buzz kill...  This feels different.  Flacco was never the leader that Lamar is at 22.  Flacco got his money and any competitive fire he had was extinguished.
    You’re welcome.

    Sincerely,
    A Steelers Fan

It’s Ravens - Steelers...starters want to play.  Fans want starters to play.  We’ll see.

wrapping two toes together. full jar of molasses fell 7 feet, broke a toe and exploded across the carpet. assuming thats all you can do with a broken toe, the fix seems easier than the cleanup was.

Great documentary.  I do not think I would not want my brain to be able to process “fear”.  I think it would lead you to do some stupid stuff with potentially (and my luck probable) tragic outcomes.
Fantastic skill, strength, determination, focus, accomplishment etc...  for sure; but still a stupid unnecessary risk taken.

But I will say it again, it was great to watch and a good attempt to get “in his mind” to see how, why and what he needed to do to achieve that tremendous feat.

Check out the video on youtube of that climb.  They have an interactive video of it.  It's even more nuts than the movie.

No joke.  The telling parts of that movie are where the professional climbers filming his climb can't bear to watch.

What he accomplished is arguably the single most impressive athletic achievement of the past 50 years.  It hasn't received anywhere near the amount of attention it deserves.

Met Newt Gingrich today at the American embassy's compound in Rome. Actually we said "hello" as he was on his way to meet his wife, the US ambassador for the Vatican. He knodded, only after we identified ourselves as Americans.

I've been fortunate enough to speak with Newt a couple of times.  Super nice guy and amazingly intelligent.

Isn't that the guy that dumped the first of his three wives and brought her divorce papers to sign while she was in the hospital recovering from cancer surgery?
