I think the grand scheme that John had was to first, post the money shot (the absolute best shot you have of said epic cook). Second, post the recipe/link where you posted it.HendersonTRKing said:
I'm confused by this thread. But, then again, I'm easily confused. Here's a link to my original post and the recipe for the shortribs. I may try to put them up again this weekend, though if there were more recipes with the other prOn shots, I'd probably cook someone else's . . .HendersonTRKing said:Think I gotta go with the short ribs braising. I'm no pro with the camera . . . it ate better than it looked.Though most didn't really follow, including me (though I did post one

Don't pay attention to @cazzy - he's just jealous of your cooks! You're doing it right.

That whole plate looks amazing!U_tarded said:Just trolled through my photos and picked a few favorites. Probably could get recipes if anyone is interested. If the Mothership would post a link to this thread in their brochures and on their website, I'd bet they'd double their sales. Excellent pics, Folks! :-bd

@cazzy's being way too modest in this thread - he has some really amazing Q-pr0n stashed away on his computer. From: http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1169220/cazzy-got-bit-by-the-bug-monster-chops

@cazzy- While it all looks great, that pot pie and ribeye burger really has my attention and interest. Would love to hear the particulars on each. Pot pie and anything ribeye are two of personal favorites.

Each of those has the info you need in the corresponding thread url above the pics. I recommend both. The burger was ground at home, cooked on a flat top and topped with a fried egg.SGH said:@cazzy- While it all looks great, that pot pie and ribeye burger really has my attention and interest. I'm starting to see a pattern here. @SGH "_______ is one of my favorites." The man likes his grub!

Noticed that did ya? Food is honest to God my weakness. Not alcohol, not drugs, not ladies of the night. Down home good grub will make me show out every time. @cazzy- I see the click things now. They had not loaded earlier. Thanks. The pot pie is a done deal.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
