    They look good from where I'm sitting. For the record I have lost many a Mario cart tournaments to the grandchildren before. Actually I don't think I have ever won. Again your wings look great.

    I think my belt is still intact from kart 64 and our playing days in college.
    Many battles and wars with the buddies, great times.
    Glad it still continues, I tried the original Wii version years back but it just wasn't the same.

    Those almost look good. I would have to have a dozen or so to be sure.
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    Where does everyone fall on the raised direct vs indirect for wings? I see @cazzy‌ falls on the side of direct. I'm looking for the crispiest skin I can get. For me, the wing meat is just there to support the sauce covered crispy skin on a wing.

    I've tried indirect at 400 so far and got them a little dry once skin crispy enough.

    I only go indirect when i'm basting wings.  I usually add corn starch to my rub, which helps with crisping up the wings.  Raised direct also helps with getting a nice crispy skin.  

    You can also brine them, then dry the wings out in the fridge uncovered.
