    What CNC is that?
    Its a Milltronics RH33 3 axis vertical machining center. We have a 4th axis rotary for it as well, but not needed here. Tool room style, so there is no enclosure. Nice for bulky parts like this

    ive mentioned this before.....welders and machinists dont play well together, they really need to be in separate buildings

    Still have to make the mold somehow... and drawings by hand, no thanks. I would have worn through the paper the first day erasing and revising.

    Headed to Albuquerque, will be at Sandia all week.  Have a grad student with me and he’s never been to New Mexico, so we’re going to try to hit Santa Fe while we’re there, maybe check in on my old friend Gene Hackman.

      Despite many trips to the area, I’d somehow never heard of this place.  I’ve driven the Turquoise Trail route up to SF too.  

      Anyway, sadly it seems he’s not open until Friday and after we’re set to return.  I’ve made a note of it and will try to hit them up the next time I’m out.  Thanks for the tip!
