Bean burrito. Sometimes keeping it simple is best.

The burrito “shell” is called a tortilla and when you wrap fajitas up in a tortilla with cheese (usually beans too) it is no longer a fajita and becomes a burrito 😂
If you tear off pieces of the large tortilla and use it to grab the fajitas then it remains fajitas.

I have never ever seen an entire can of beans wrapped in a tortilla (or per the Irish, a burrito shell) before! Did you at least warm up the beans? Also, didn’t realize they made vegetarian refried beans!?Maybe your purpose in life is only to serve as an example for others? - LPL

Homemade, sous vide duck confit, finished with the broiler sitting atop a plum-based balsamic reduction. Served with a fresh salad, crispy sweet potatoes and freshly-baked stecca.
