Bean burrito. Sometimes keeping it simple is best.

That looks amazing, but my eye started twitching at the write-up.Ragingirishman2 said:Fajita night, in a burrito shell, with homemade salsa. 😬

The burrito “shell” is called a tortilla and when you wrap fajitas up in a tortilla with cheese (usually beans too) it is no longer a fajita and becomes a burrito 😂
If you tear off pieces of the large tortilla and use it to grab the fajitas then it remains fajitas.
If your write-up was tongue in cheek and intending to trigger a snowflake, then consider it a success 😂😂😂I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

That is a proper burrito! 😂😂Botch said:Bean burrito. Sometimes keeping it simple is best.

I have never ever seen an entire can of beans wrapped in a tortilla (or per the Irish, a burrito shell) before! Did you at least warm up the beans? Also, didn’t realize they made vegetarian refried beans!?I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Homemade, sous vide duck confit, finished with the broiler sitting atop a plum-based balsamic reduction. Served with a fresh salad, crispy sweet potatoes and freshly-baked stecca.

@dbCooper - would appreciate your review of the flat iron. Of late I have moved off Oak Barn for rib eye steaks ( my main buy) as I have found equal or better taste and texture local.dbCooper said:

Ribeye and roasted potatoes. Steaks seasoned with Montreal seasoning. I can’t believe I forgot to make the blue cheese sauce!! Oh well, more ribeyes in a few weeks then.

Tonight was left over rib eye sliced up thin and spread over queso and chips. I didn’t get a pic of my first plate. The pic doesn’t do it justice
