Trailing by 22, the Utes just caught a kickoff deep in the endzone, then he passed it to another Ute in the endzone, on the other side of the field, and he ran it 50 yards! Never seen that before.

Celebrating! We've run weekend activities every weekend since mother's Day weekend. Just wrapped up. Time to go into winter mode. Pool will shut down... yes it's still open....

My next-door neighbor, along with his large dogs (GS) and small dogs (bait), cats, 60-lb tortoise, and chickens, also has a Pot-belly, although I'm guessing twice as large as this one.Ozzie_Isaac said:

John and his wife were picking up plums in their front yard while I was chatting with them, and they took them to the back yard to feed to "Eric". I started telling them about Iberian pigs that were fed plums, which supposedly yielded the most succulent ham; John laughed but boy did I get the stink-eye from his wife!
Eric actually has quite a personality. I used to feed him apples until the last windstorm killed my tree. He would actually wag his tail, like a dog, when he saw me, although when I fired up my lawn mower while he was napping, he'd make an angry noise and waddle off to his shelter. I saw a guy at the bottom of the off ramp yesterday tailgating behind his truck while cars are flying by at 75+ MPH. The guy was literally flipping burgers on his gas grill on the side of the highway. It made no sense. My only guess is that his older truck was broke down and was waiting for a tow truck. He maybe just said, "F-it" and pulled down the grill from the bed of his truck and made a snack while waiting. I literally had to do a double take. Both of my remaining grandparents passed this morning. My grandfather has had dementia for the last several years and was put on hospice Thursday. My grandmother wasn’t going to let him go by himself and she signed up for hospice on Friday. Pops passed at 6:00 and grandma followed him a half hour later. Crazy how that works out, 65 years of marriage and they go out together.Las Vegas, NV
