I don’t know them either. It’s not an AMG, but she ordered the AMG trim package just because she liked the grill. Half the stuff she ordered was deleted because of the supply chain situation.kl8ton said:

Sitting in the ER waiting room. Got into my thumb with a chainsaw trying to cut an angle on a small piece of wood. I knew better but that didn’t stop me. Went to urgent care but they sent me to the ER.

@Eggpharmer - As you are aware, you and the other consumers are in for quite a banquet. Don't know about Valentina's rub but their Real Deal Holyfield breakfast taco is the best breakfast in the country.

Yep, I do industrial maintenance for a living. Just instructed all my managers to cover hand safety with all our technicians this week. I also ordered hand safety posters to hang throughout the shop. I guess I need to heed my own advice.

Very first cook and only second fire in the new woodfired oven. Definitely have some learning, but overall was a ton of fun and am hooked. Youtube is not much help for "non-pizza" cooks so I am enjoying the exploration this is offering. (Carry over was about 15 degree, planned on 12. Pulled off a few degrees late also. Got caught drinking and playing with the dogs in the pool).
