Only because I am in Florida (Gulf Coast) and in anticipation of catching some fresh fish brought the small (12 in) paella pan. Overloaded with now two day matured cobia (yep-fresh caught Mother's Day) and some sea scallops. (Finessed on a gasser.)
The opening salvo filets Sunday night were fantastic.
