We had an autistic student at the local high school who hacked and wiped out the entire school library computers. The school ended up losing thousands of dollars worth of late fees and lost books. I've watched a few of the special education kids "code" and it's absolutely fascinating. Way, way above my head.ColtsFan said:

UK is predicted to be heading for negative interests rates albeit the Bank of England would probably accelerate QE instead. The base rate is already at 0.1% so mortgage lending can be had at 1.3%, effectively just the lenders commission.
House prices are due to fall soon which is a national phobia. A short term tax cut on property purchase tax is due to end on 31 March and super-heated the market, albeit the Chancellor could change that in his Budget speech on 3rd March.Other girls may try to take me away

Just left the John Deere dealer. My tractor is finally in. Like everything, the supply chain is hurting so the snow blade is still on order. Leicester v Liverpool, the Brendan Rodgers derby. You’ll like him @ikapigian he’s got good ole ‘Mercan teeth (purchased) . The hosts are 3 points above Big Jurgy’s flaccid Reds. Fancy the Foxes to nick this one, 2-1.
Palace v Burnley, absolute total snooze-fest. 0-0 In fact agree it now lads and save us the pain.
Man City v Spurs, Pep welcomes Jose and it would be lovely to see the gnarly spirit of old but I doubt it. The Blues have the wind in their sails and Spurs are somewhere between chaos and early stage recovery. 2-0
Brighton v Villa, for the love of man someone smash the filthy Seagulls, please! Not this time though. 1-1
Norwich v Stoke, the Canaries are this weeks draw colleagues for the Potters. 1-1 - because that is every result for the rest of the season for Stoke.

Southampton v Wolves, well saints have just beaten Wolves in the Cup. Does that matter - meh, no. The visitors have been in a longer, deeper funk than the hosts but seem to be emerging. 1-1
West Brom v Man Utd, away win 0-3. Simple as.
Arsenal v Leeds, the most mid-table match ever and no-one would have bet on that in August. But here we are. Leeds have witnessed 76 goals in 22 games, 50% in their favour. So 1.73-1.73 it is, for sure.
Everton v Fulham, stop the season now as Everton are 7th which is their natural habitat and Fulham are in the relegation zone. No need to play any more matches, this is the natural order of things. 1-0.

Chelsea v Newcastle, the visitors have attempted ‘fluid attacking football’ recently and did win last time out. But now their primary attacking outlet, Callum Wilson, is injured. So they can anticipate a tepid display and resounding defeat from ’Tastic Tommy of the Chels’ 3-0
Wednesday (no really, Wednesday)
Burnley v Fulham, the coup de gras as Dyche’s chaps achieve the lowest thrills possible in a dour victory that condemns Fulham, West Brom & Sheff Utd to relegation. Not mathematically but to all intents and purposes anyway. 1-0, with not even a whimper.
Everton v Man City, away with 0-2. Enough said.
I’m off for a plate of mushy coffee and some pea ice-cream. Lovely.

I paid 1.25 points origination fee and the normal costs. I am paying the closing costs instead of rolling them into the loan I have to come to closing with $6500 but that includes setting up my escrows so ill get about $2k back from my current escrows and skip a month mortgage payment. I ran amortization schedules from where I am in my current loan and where Ill be in a 15yr loan and in 5 years about when we will be selling it still saved us right around $10k. The rate is fixed at 2.25% for 15 yrs.CPFC1905 said:

Back in the 80s even with 3.5% employee discount (I was working at a financial company that provided mortgage financing) we were paying around 12%. Also, our mortgage interest is not tax deductible.canuckland

I remember when I wore 32x34, then peaked at 36x32, now 34x32 and headed back to a 32 (had to cut some new holes in my belts). And I'm eating more than I used to, just cut out the booze. Some things just don't shrink, though.
