I think they look pretty good. Now they are off to a friend that is rehabbing from hip replacement . Edited to say there was minimal pull back from the bone but they sure passed the tooth pick and bend test so I pulled them.The best things in life are not things.

Cooked 5 pounds of chicken thighs raised direct. Rubbed with Swamp Venom and Ghost. I am going to turn them into pulled chicken for use in something. I will post it if it works out or bury it with Scotty’s brisket if it doesn’t.

Cornyn's staff definitely has no appreciation for brisket and what it means in Texas. Worse though is the Senator not knowing and then serving that up.

Replacing the mechanism on our BarcaLounger. This thing has been junk since day one but they didn’t hesitate to send a new mechanism when I called. It took 4 months to get it from China. Not worth the $$
