Wife is making some weird sweet potato and kale salad. I’m pretty sure she is trying to make sure that I cook all the meals.Las Vegas, NV

Took chicken from earlier post to the grandkids along with some Mac n Cheese. I had 4 quarters that wouldn’t fit on the earlier run of 18 quarters and 4 legs so I threw them on the egg while we were delivering the goods. Got home to done quarters

Couple deboned yardbirds for us and a 3lb chuck roast for my SIL.
She ordered 1/4 cow and doesn't know what to do with the big cuts. I'm bringing IT to 160 on chuck then braising in worshtishire, beer, garlic, and onions until I can pull apart. Then I will shred and smoke some more uncovered.Large, Medium, MiniMax, 36" Blackstone

So odd thing is happening with these ribs I’ve never seen before. Almost like the layers are separating on top. Anyone ever had that happen before?

That separation happens frequently with short ribs.______________________________________________I love lamp..

No, but if you're worried about it, I'll be a good friend and eat them for you.Napoleon Prestige Pro 665, XL BGE, Lots of time for BBQ!

Ya it’s just odd, I’ve never had them separate like that before at least not to that extent. Oh well good eats await soon.

Just closed out a blind tasting with barrel proof bourbons-only three of them and pacing for the watering hole:
All of them really opened up with a bit of water after the neat round.
The change in taste and finish was quite noticeable on the second neat taste for the Elijah Craig 12 yr old over the others.
Great times.
See ya around 9 PM (EST) or beyond this PM.
Stay healthy and safe out there,Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
