@Money_Hillbilly Pointed out this resource concerning Sous Vide cooking by Douglass Baldwin. Man, there is a treasure of information here. I thought it was good enough it needs to be shared again.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

  • Having a discussion with SWMBO about her possibly changing jobs. The Maryland Hospital Association is recruiting hard. All remote work so no geographical relocation involved. It was Notre Dame a few weeks back yanking her chain. As more organizations realize most of these administrative professionals can be remote, the more they will reach outside of their current, local pool. Let the games begin. Grant Research Administration professionals are in high demand.

I actually think @SGH was tagged as 89 once the pi$$ing contest got rolling but it's been a few years.  Matters not as that forum dust-up was classic.

He’s the master of his own domain.  Or at least, that’s what he’s told me several times.  To this day I have absolutely no idea what it means but it sure sounds impressive.
