    Let me offer a revised list, in light of recent contributions:

    Anything @caliking cooks
    @Eggcelsior's Baltimore pit beef
    @nolabrew's beer
    Anything @caliking and @20stone cook together
    @The Cen-Tex Smoker 's spare ribs from the dishwasher
    @henapple's filet mignon
    @YukonRon's beef tenderloin sliders
    @JRWhitee's beef ribs

    That's a nice list. I would add your pear and Gorgonzola (I think) pizza to the list
    I make one that is green apple, brie, and truffle oil that I've done at a couple of the Butt Blasts if that's what you're thinking about.  You wouldn't normally think to put that sort of stuff on a pizza but it really works well.

    @kl8ton - here's a good baseline for the bacon wrapped shrimp although I do a few mods addressed below:
    https://howtobbqright.com/2017/08/10/bacon-wrapped-grilled-shrimp/
    I go with 13-15 CT shrimp.
    6 oz crab meat
    4 oz cream cheese
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 diced grilled hot hatch chili pepper
    Sriracha as desired
    Here's the step that brings 'em home:
    When ready to wrap with the bacon, i layer the shrimp side of the bacon with horseradish sauce.

    I don't use his dipping sauce put will baste with a flavored sauce like Pickapeppa spicy mango or Tiger sauce.
    Hope this helps-

    Absolutely lol!  I ripped it off a local place we have here in Durham who makes a similar pie.  I use ricotta cheese for the base.

    That sounds like it would be great in a foil pan on the egg.  Maybe with some ribs cooking above.

    Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting.  The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president.

    @xfire_ATX, I'm told that this is a good Malnatti clone. Very quick and easy too! And it sure beats a 1000+ mile trip from ATX to Chicago! Give it a try...

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
