Capicola @.98 per pound is a bargainWeberWho said:No sale or sign listed on these guys. I picked them up for .98/lb at Hyvee. I told my wife I picked up three more pork shoulders. Her response, "Can you stop buying those". (After I bought some for the deep freeze last week) A deal is a deal.

Breakfast tacos for lunch.
Used the Blackstone 5 days in a row now
Pork sausage from a pig I bought
Bacon from same pig
Red, green, and orange peppers
Onions
Red skin potatoes
Minced garlic
Jalapenos
Eggs from our friends who free range chickens
Wilted spinach
Corn tortillas
Hot salsa
Cilantro Crema
I require bacon to be just crunchy on the edges so there is a crunch when I bite in.

The smell and flavor were over the top! Why did i wait so long? Pics to come if I don't forget.I let the Large settle just shy of 400° dome, put the chops and corn on. Corn was wrapped in foil with butter. When the chops probed 150°, I took it all off. Wife had heated some mixed greens and simmered the marinade. Thanks for looking

Colorado always when taking all five of us. Living in Nashville = convenience and cost of multiple daily direct flights on multiple carriers to DIA. Only one daily direct flight to SLC and it is always pricey.Botch said:

anyone going to pony up $300 for a battery operated Looflighter? It is good "up to" 10 lights per charge (which means more like 4-5).By my math $300 is 649,253 starts with a paper towel and lighter. Seems like a good value to me.
Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -
I will add that if any of you show up to an event with a $300 looflighter, I will mercilessly ridicule you. And it the battery dies when you are trying to use it, I will make T-Shirts with your face on them and a mylooflighterdied troll account to haunt you until I die.

Nope, my regular cord Looftlighter works just fine. I have paper towels for power outages. The Cen-Tex Smoker said:anyone going to pony up $300 for a battery operated Looflighter? i did not. And I'm sure the battery is $100 when you need to replace it every year.
