Home a night early from Savannah. My estimator (think service advisor) had a heart attack yesterday. He's ok for the moment, but really puts things into perspective.
Man that’s scary. Prayers for a speedy recovery.
Yeah it's his second in five years. Not sure how this one will play out.

Just got home. No sliced pics of the brisket, served it as I sliced it. But I did get a pic of the pork after pulling before I set it out:

This was for a 16th birthday party for my daughter and our friends' son. His birthday is tomorrow, hers is next Tuesday.

Guessing there were about 100 people there, all the brisket was consumed, about 5 or 6 quart bags of pork left. First time some of them had properly smoked brisket, got lots of compliments.

Very cool, and those kiddos have great taste in shirts.  Moonman vacuuming cracked me up.

Just turned on the NBA All-Star game. The first bit of NBA I have watched this year. So far I can tell I'm not missing much. Back to the olympics.

The Akorn stays relatively cool on the outside.  The KJ Jr doesn't  want to break 700F.

@nolaegghead definitely not messing with Evan Williams to get those knife cuts.  Finished product banquet right there.  Healthy oysters sacrificed for that plate!  Most eggcellent.

Because of various sales, coupons and ace rewards, I just walked out with 2 bags of Rockwood for $16 out of pocket.
