Just got home. No sliced pics of the brisket, served it as I sliced it. But I did get a pic of the pork after pulling before I set it out:
This was for a 16th birthday party for my daughter and our friends' son. His birthday is tomorrow, hers is next Tuesday.
Guessing there were about 100 people there, all the brisket was consumed, about 5 or 6 quart bags of pork left. First time some of them had properly smoked brisket, got lots of compliments.

21 day dry aged reverse sear with caveman finish- (no need to wait for the BGE to heat up- around 1 minute with full air-flow and you are ready to go).
