21 day dry aged reverse sear with caveman finish- (no need to wait for the BGE to heat up- around  1 minute with full air-flow and you are ready to go).

    And the money shot:

    Thanks for looking-
Outstanding finish Cap!  Caveman for the win.  Sweet.

Prep cooking dinner for the week with Jamie. Don't think the neighbors are too happy with the volume. Good thing I've had enough rum to not give a sh!t.

So what else was there to eat?  We are a family of 8. 16 burgers would be gone with at least two "I'm still hungry! " comments.   Kids ages are 4-12.

Edit: looks like you did double patties. Still I would wager 4 teen boys could put down all of that.

They've been here all day with their own table of junk food.  I have no idea what's been consumed as I'm the responsible one who goes to work everyday.

Played a club south of Albuquerque where the heat was out, mid-winter.  I hit the restroom during break, hispanic guy using the other urinal which was uncomfortably close.  Making small talk, I said, "Pretty chilly!"
He smiled, and said, "Thank you, Señor!"   :o

I’d never heard of this guy. I googled him and lasted about 15 seconds into the first song. I can see why the neighbors are pissed.

@Jeremiah and @DoubleEgger. Try "High Cost of Living" and see what you think.  Also, his album "The Dollar" is, in my opinion, his best.
