Recipe out of the Sous Vide at Home book by Lisa Fetterman.  I don’t think it’s online, but I’ve done it before and it’s really good.  PM me if you want the recipe and I’ll figure out a way to get it to you.

@johnnyp - it is Ticket to Ride Europe, there is also one that is a North American map.  It is a great step up from basic boardgames, but not so complex that you can’t teach somebody in 5-10 minutes.  It is one of our family’s favorites.

It is a great game.  My folks play with a group of adults and it gets testy there too.  They have to dial it back when their granddaughter is involved.

PPE is no good unless you wear it. 

Major pet peeve of mine is people carrying PPE instead of wearing it.  Like the machinist with safety glasses on top of his head or the motorcyclist with her helmet strapped to the side.
