As usual, you made my Friday morning. After my atrocious effort last week I've given up on quibbling with one or two of your predictions.  I will ask a question.  Based on their last 10 performances or so, have Man U become more spursy than Spurs?
This really is the pressing question of our time.
Have they become like Spurs, yes.  Are they Spursy, no because one Spursy-season a Spursy does not make.
So, in a manner that will please @JohnInCarolina further research across a larger sample group is needed.

Honestly looks like a blister beetle.  If you have horses and that was I their feed, that could be dangerous.

Earlier today a guy had “allegedly” smoked some meth and was swings a stick around the parking lot of a 7/11. My buddy gets there and sees the guy sitting outside said 7/11 “allegedly” smoking some fentanyl. He puts the guy in cuffs and I show up. About the same time, Ol’ buddy falls to the ground. I hit him with some narcan to no effect. After about 10 minutes of some sternum rubs the true heroes show up and stick some green tube down his nose and hit him with the good stuff. He wakes up a little p!seed we ruined his high.

Just put a 2000 lb stump into the dumpster.  I hope the waste hauler doesn't care. I know how much it weighed because the back tire of the tractor lifted off the ground and I believe it picks up about 2000 lb.  I three-wheeled it over there.

Don't worry, he's solid! In this photo the chipper was likely running in reverse. The knives needed to be sharpened. It was having difficulty with hardwoods.  Ate of the pines like nothing.

There may not be smoke rising in Vatican City, but will very likely be over Liverpool, come Sunday.  One point is all that’s needed for the red plume to drift away on the bellicose hubris of the Scousers. And it’s against Spurs, so maybe a side bet on a 0-7 reverse, keeping with this season’s theme?  Elsewhere, only Ipswich’s demise is to be anticipated.

    Saturday

Chelsea v Everton, timing their run of form well, The Chelsea are right in the middle of the CL quali’ race and could lurch to 4th place with a win. The Toffees’ season to forget draws to it’s close and a new stadium awaits next season, and vitality they will still be a PL team. 2-0

Brighton v West Ham, a typical flat-lining end to the season for the filthy Seagulls sees them effectively treading water for another month.  Their manager is in the press saying he can’t sleep properly but fixing it ‘wont happen overnight’ - mysteriously it is only me that finds that hilarious, because of course it does.  And then I wondered if the whole club are a mocukumentary, and it’s just me that’s catching up on the joke. And if staying out of that existential vortex wasn’t bad enough, this horrific fixture of two of the flatliniest flatlined teams imaginable looms. 0-0, or worse.

Newcastle v Ipswich, last vestige of slimmest of faint hopes for the impossible dream that was a nightmare that never really existed. Easy Toon win, Tractor boys down and no jeopardy left for any other team. 3-1.

Southampton v Fulham, Reaching parity with the worst points tally in one season was reason to celebrate for Saints last week.  Tells you everything you need to know. Fulham arrive off double recent defeats, and have plateaued.  Where they can go next season is a tough question,  but we do know Saints will be heading to Stoke and Preston in the Championship. 0-1. miserable encounter beckons.

Wolves v Leicester, rejoice, rejoice - the screaming skull that is Jamies Vardy is finally ‘doing one’.  His PL swansong has been ignominious, he’s chastised all the other players for being rubbish and is now flouncing off - possibly to MLS, maybe Saudi.  Foxes are down and have no dignity to play for, Wolves are on the surge with 5 straight wins in the locker. 3-0

FA Cup Semi-Final : Palace v Villa, well this is odd.  I should be excited - or completely sanguineous. And I am neither.  Should I watch it, breaking my  black-out during play rule - and so guarantee defeat. Or not watch and miss an epoch defining event? Ominously we have beaten Villa twice and drawn once with them this season, but let’s be honest - they are on fire right now. 1-2

    Sunday

Bournemouth v Man Utd, eleven points behind their hosts at this stage would not have been in anyones PowerPoint forecast, back in September, but Utd richly deserve their position. They have been consistently unreliable. One point from the last four league games would have been the stuff of coup  d’etat in the past, but it’s become the norm.  Will they hit 40 points this season, yes - but only just.  Organise your beers to observe a Summer of tumult at Old Trafford. 1-1

Liverpool v Spurs, is it a victory parade, is it about banana skin?  An early goal for the Reds will make a big difference.  But even a boring nil all draw will do the job. 2-0 and lots of bouncing, fireworks and stuff.

FA Cup Semi-Final : Forest v Man City, crazy season for Forest but - and this is a big but, they could end up with nothing t show for it.  Recent wobbles have put their place in the top 4 (5 this season for CL quali’ - but same difference) under threat and defeat here smashes their dreams of bringing back the Clough era.  City have hit relentless form, pulling off a last minute win at Villa mid-week.  They were just playing with us, after all.  1-2

Don’t forget, day 1 of round 4 in the County Championship.  Surrey, the Man City of cricket are yet to win and Sussex in second head to Nottinghamshire who presently hold the top berth.  Could it be any more exciting?
