Yeah I’ll be pulling for Rory but of late he’s struggled to close the deal on the last day in majors.ColbyLang said:

Exactly. Another one of the young golfers tagged all too early as "the next Tiger," glad to see him get this done.JohnInCarolina said:

You never shut the Masters off until it’s over. -
Woulda been fine with Rory or Justin for the win. After last year's US Open melt-down Rory needed it.
Rose missed too many short putts given the Rory final holes tank.
Not to be. Until next year.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
Son home sick with the flu. This after both strep throat and lice(!!) in the familial unit this past week. 😅 Sonny boy slept in very early late, which gave me the chance to give the windows a good spring cleaning.

That sure is a clean window!! Hope your son feels and gets better soon🤧Greensboro North Carolina

Thanks for the well wishes, John. Thought we were in the clear, but he was just ill again. 🤷♂️johnmitchell said:That sure is a clean window!! Hope your son feels and gets better soon🤧 -
@GrateEggspectations
Hope your son gets well soon, we've had our share of little ones falling ill lately.
Just a PSA, if your glass doors are as clear as those windows, they could be a safety hazard. It happened to a nephew years ago and myself more recently
I now put a sticker/ornament on the glass. canuckland -
Thanks for the heads up. The doors either have a pattern or a screen, so no danger there. The clean windows definitely take a toll on the birds though. Dozens of collisions with at least a few casualties every year. 🙁Canugghead said:@GrateEggspectations

No deep rabbit hole here. I know several professional window cleaners. They just use water and a single drop of Dawn in the bucket. Use a squeegee to dry the window after a wipedown.johnmitchell said:

Alright @DoubleEgger are they using like a car wash sponge? Warm water or cold?South of Columbus, Ohio.

Unger makes some good stuff. I have a combo unit like this one for smaller windows and a separate scrubber and squeegee for the large windows. They use outdoor spigot water.alaskanassasin said:Alright @DoubleEgger are they using like a car wash sponge? Warm water or cold?

I don’t even know where I could buy a newspaper.fishlessman said:go back in time and get the old newspaper for window cleaning, fire starting, puppy training etc -
Have a kit like this with an extendable arm. We’re in a bungalow, which makes window cleaning an absolute breeze. We get window cleaning companies at the door, and the answer is always the same.DoubleEgger said:

No one will take care of your place like you will. I do any job that I am capable of at home.
