I Sous Vide some pulled pork I made on the smoker from a few weeks back this morning.

@GrateEggspectations - your cooks and presentation are way beyond anything I can find in a great restaurant. Skill set way up there. Keep it up as I am quite sure the family is being completely spoiled and enjoying every minute of it.

Nothing fancy, and no pics so it didn't really happen, but this morning as my sausage was frying up I realized I was out of eggs. I had just started a new loaf of sourdough, the first slices were smaller so I threw two of them in the toaster.
The light bulb over my head flickered, a bit, and I checked my cheese drawer: one slice of american left, and some provolone. That, along with some mustard, ended as a damn good breakfast sammich.
Tomorrow, another one will be topped with a fried egg.___________"When small men begin to cast big shadows, it means that the sun is about to set."
