@ryantt - Way to branch out.  Barramundi is scarce in these parts. The plated photos are impressive.  I have not had it in many years.  Looks like a winner from here.  Congrats.

Chicken sous vide in 140° bath for 1hr and 15 minutes. Dried then dredged in flour with 11 herbs and spices, if I counted correctly. Followed by an egg wash then panko crumbs. Crisped up in a hot skilletwith about an eighth of a cup of vegetable oil for about 2 minutes on each side

    This looks incredible.

@ryantt - great pics but way too much green for me.  Norah Grace drive the cook?

We eat a similar soup.  When you can get kale to taste like Italian sausage... that's a good thing.

@Buckwoody Egger I read every word of your above post but have no idea about the message.  I am confident that the beer can was empty before it was included in a pic that looks remarkably like some sweet lamb chops.  But I have been wrong many times and could be again right now.  Happy Saturday.

  • Well Cap it may have been lamb. Will look at the receipt in the morning.

@MasterC - gonna be some good eats right there.  Preferred mustard for those sandwiches?
Btw- what follows is a link to a closely related maple bourbon ham recipe that gets great reviews-for your info.

That is a righteous looking sandwich right there.  I would crush that and a great call on the mustard as well.

@lousubcap After retracing my steps in pursuit of supporting data, I can confirm the following. Any claims of Key Steer T-bone steaks cannot be confirmed to the general public at this time.  Also rest assured that if in fact Ted Turner wanted to develop a livestock to replace all his buffalo (and cattle at large) with one whose farts were kinder and gentler to the ozone, he has all the faculties to do so without any assistance from publicity here.  There may or may not be a Super Bowl commercial that explains it all.
  • @nolaegghead that looks fantastic!  Will have to try it.
