  • I almost stopped at the Ghibli - not a fan of that car at all.

I do like the F-Type.  I'd love to own one of those, but I can't afford two of them (one to drive, and one for the shop).

The RS5 Sportback is another one I like quite a bit.  Glad to see they started selling those in the US market again.

Turbo V6s are the new muscle engines.  That thing is a beast!

    The greatest turbo 6.

I like that you have pretty low standards..... ;)

Spoken like a true Porsche fanboy. 🤭 Have driven a 911 Turbo S, but the above is the 6 that I lust after.

We aren't quite that fast. Somewhere around .9-1 sec 0-60 mph. 5.2 seconds in 1/8 mile

I liberated my Colt Python from Illinois, today.

And, my favorite grill shop got in a shipment of knife sharpeners.  So, while I was there, I decided to pick one up.

I'm curious what's next for Colt now that they have been sold to the Czech Republic's CZ.
They should improve. CZ makes quality weapons. They also own 1911 custom shop Dan Wesson.

Check out the CZ Shadow line of pistols. Competition ready 9mm pistols that run like sewing machines

I've been very pleased with my CZ 457 American in .17. The build quality screams centerfire but in a rimfire rifle. You don't see that very often. Ruger's 10/22's are junk off the shelf.
Especially the newer 10/22s.  I spent years buying older 10/22s and massaging them.  After you rework the bolt, trigger group, pillar bead the barrels (or just clearance them), rework the firing pins, reseat the barrel, or even reline it, and fix the slop in the magazine they are shooters!  I really like my mannlicher versions.  Even have one I converted to .17hm2.  Fun times!
I bought one in 1991.  That trigger is the worst trigger I have had on any of my guns.  It's my "someday" gun.  Someday, I will play with it and warm it up.  My Dad has one that has been a shooter right out of the box.  Frustrating.

That 911 will probably do those launches until you run out of gas or crash. Aren’t the Teslas limited by heat from battery discharge?

If I had the means, I’d take the new 911 Targa. What a cool looking car.

I loved the F-type when it came out, and when I saw it in person, well, photos just don't do it justice. Sexay!
Three years ago when I was replacing my last Saab, I found a lightly-used F-Type that I could've paid cash for.  Thank goodness for the intranetz, and I could look up its maintenance record (so glad I didn't print it out).  And I haven't even tried to sit in one (6'5", 37" inseam, 13.5 shoes).  I didn't fit in the cheap Porsche nor the Subaru BRZ, so I didn't think the F would work either.

I had 4 complete 10/22s and lots of parts to make more.  They are like cracker jack prizes.  Some of them come out shooting and others are duds, but can be made to shoot.  Quality control isn't real high.  The older all metal trigger assemblies are the ones to look for.  (Lost them all during an NRA fishing tournament.  Boat capsized.)

Sadly, not in my driveway; nor in my ‘hood. My brother in law has a neighbour who owns an electrical company. Besides this, he also has a Lambo and an Audi RS8 V10 in the garage.

I'm not much of a potato chip guy but I can do some real damage to these Cuban sandwich Aldi chips. Grab a few bags the next time you're in Aldi. You won't regret it!
