I might make it to 12 (7 your time). On a zoom 80s music and movie quiz with my wife's friends now and drinking large negronis to dull the pain.
OK - full disclosure;  I drank wine and fell asleep on the sofa by about 2300 UK time.  Not so spritely at Revielle o'clock - so missed your last knockings too.

Maybe we convene an 'extra-ordinary' meeting outside the usual cycle?

Looks like you had a decent turn out / check in / hook up.   Do you refer to each other by user name, real name or a third Zoom only variant?
Other girls may try to take me away
But you know, it's by your side I will stay

"Do you refer to each other by user name, real name or a third Zoom only variant?"

A combination of the first two.  If you have a Zoom account it will sign you on with whatever name you have previously used - but it is easy to change it to "Foghorn" or whatever.  That seems like the polite thing to do to help everybody put faces to names as easily as possible.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Zoom meet-up last night.  Great to put faces and voices to forum members.   Thanks again, @JohnInCarolina for organizing the session.
Topics and conversation were free-flowing and helped me manage rocket fuel consumption in a positive way.  Until the next time.

Indeed.  I changed mine to “The Ahole In Charge.” I was a little surprised/disappointed?  that this choice didn't confuse anyone.

He!!, you can be any forum personality you want as long as the true owner is not in the meeting.  I even sorted that out before I could get the friggin audio to work.

Tried to join last Friday but the kids were too rambunctious, on kid duty again this evening so we shall see. Had a family emergency erupt last Friday so my wife is not here right now to wrangle the herd. Cheers if I can’t make it, I will soon.

Is there any puppet sex lined up?  If so, I'm in like Flynn.  Not the Flynn that got screwed and life ruined by the FBI for total BS while the POS Dems got off scott free, but you know what I mean...

But, seriously, will there be puppet sex???
