Just saw that this morning.  We are in a very bizarre and troubling space as a country right now.   Certainly happy to discuss - I think we should be able to keep the politics out of that discussion.

I would suggest we can make an effort and if things start to go off the rails we can pump the brakes.   I don't know, I'm not too interested in interrupting the free-flowing discussions. Otherwise we never get to enlightening topics like ... poop.

Yep.  We put a moratorium on all discussion of politics and religion from the get go.   Credit to @lousubcap for the suggestion.

Really no excuse for this. Appreciate that the governor seems to be taking this seriously.

The whole CNN reporter arrest sure looked a complete failure of the "on the ground leadership" to be in charge.   Classic words to live by, "When in charge, be in charge."  Don't abdicate your responsibility although that is the spineless way out.
Just warming up for the watering hole session so now off soap-box.

Is that roughly a manslaughter charge?

Not sure if this is true or not, but there were reports he escaped MN for a house he has in the Orlando area.  I knew Florida had to insert herself into this story somehow.

The latest reports I've seen are that he has been in custody since late this morning. I assume charges for the other three will follow at some point.
