The Cheeto Jesus is coming totally unhinged during these press conferences of late.  Fauci looks like he's ready to commit seppuku right there in front of the press.

  • Did the President really say that social distancing means we can no longer "hug and kiss in the office" ?   Uhmm... what?
    Does this include dry humping?
Hopefully this does not include those of us who have always worked from home. If so,
    I’m screwed. Oh wait...

Wonder how social distancing impacts one’s ability to  “grab ‘me by the p***y?”

Gov. Edwards of LA is being interviewed on PBS right now, and he just claimed he "didn't know" why Nawlins is suddenly looking like a major epicenter in the US.

Granted, the first confirmed case in LA was after Mardi Gras (iirc) but the cops had to clear the streets four days before St Paddie's.
Maybe we all deserve this.  :anguished:
Thankfully I have been avoiding the Quarter pretty much since the Hard Rock collapsed. That created unbelievable traffic snarls. I have gone to Metairie but not in near 2 months. It’s okay the chiropractor took my temperature today before he broke my neck.

    It is real for me.
My sisters neighbor (mother of two) has it. My nieces (18 and 20) are good friends with the infected daughters of roughly the same ages.  I have seen and spoken to her at several birthday parties. She was symptom free 4 days ago and is now in the ICU and on a ventilator. My sister has known her for 18 years and the infected has no other known health issues.
First case of someone I know personally.  This seems too unreal to be real.

Terrible Mark. Really sorry to hear that.  I hope she recovers soon enough.  That is as real as it gets.

I had no idea that there were less than 1 million total hospital beds in the US.

Especially when you consider this is going to move in a localized progression.

Mark- scary stuff for sure. It is getting ready to come home for many of us. Best wishes to you and yours.

Mark, so sorry to see this. Before this is over we all will be able to share experiences of this dreaded infection.
I hope for a speedy recovery, just so sorry to see this.

Clearly you missed the point but that's ok. Here's  one you might get and find funny. I LOL'd...

Of course I won't be surprised if your response is that I would make a terrible father by charging my young child to take his picture.

All the homeschool memes are funny.

When I started my job at the prison, one of the guys that's about to retire told me to make sure to laugh every day to keep the stress away. It works
