From a business perspective, does it matter for you business whether people order off your site versus ordering off Ace?

Whatever is cheapest and gets it to you in the best condition.  It's hard to say if it's going to be in better shape coming from our place in a box, or going by the pallet to the regional Ace warehouse, then in a bin to the store.  My guess, it's going to be different every time.

The pictures I've seen of our boxes.......it blows my mind how much the bags settle.  We designed the box to be as small as possible--we can barely close it--but the pictures show the top of the bags sitting 1-2 inches below the crease line when they show up.

Also, it might be cheaper through Ace (even with sales tax), if you take into account the rewards and coupons.  They seriously have the best rewards program of any business I've ever dealt with as a customer.  The amount of $5-$7 off ANYTHING coupons in the mail is crazy.  There's a 25% off coupon there right now (expires tomorrow.)  Doesn't look like it's good on the website, but a lot of them are.  http://www.acehardware.com/graphics/coupon/December_Coupon.pdf?Camp=HomepageABCoupon12192017
