@20stonespice and I snuck up to CO a couple of days ago to put hands on the spawn (who were gathering for the eclipse). It looks like getting home Sunday is unlikely. Now I just hope the power stays on so we don't lose our meat collection... a high class problem, for sure.
I did however, find a new bit of stainless steel to house the curing chamber, should the meat survive.
Stay dry all of you in the path, and stay friendly.(now only 16 stone)
