Found it. Though I modified the recipe somewhat.

I tried those bacon donuts and failed miserably. Wrapping the pineapple rings was damn near impossible.Two Large Eggs, 6 gal Cajun Fryer, and a MiniMax in Charlotte, NC - My New Table
