    Pork picnic shoulder finished about an hour ago. Due to idiots crashing on the highways, we're not attending the family reunion I made it for. So, invited the neighbors over to help eat on it.

    Back cooking again after being ill for 10 days. First Christmas ever where I lost weight.

    Put a couple of chickens on the XL, then dough balls and lobster tails. Did some Tiger Prawns direct at the end as well.

    I got my MS in Industrial Engineering from NMSU in 1991.  Just learned this morning that they won a Bowl game yesterday, for the first time in 57 years.
