They call them heated seats ... because rear defroster was already taken.

@Botch I figured since you can’t boil water on an egg I needed to come up with an alternative
In all seriousness it was a bit underwhelming. I think it’s interesting enough to get in the shop and fabricate one made of metal.Coleman, Texas

No egging today, instead I tried Cook's Illustrated's Pot-Sticker Soup:

Very simple and quick to make, and very tasty. Next time I'll add the grated ginger to the oil right before the broth; mine stuck to the bottom of the pot pretty badly.___________They call them heated seats ... because rear defroster was already taken.

@lousubcap Thanks man. Spatchcock that I racked out overnight in the cooler. Probably not needed for this particular cook. But I did two of them today. The second one I did straight up on the grid with AlbuKirky Red and Green.

Currently trying to use the force to get this Boston butt through the stall in time for dinner at 6. I usually like to FTC for at least an hour but I’ll be doing good to pull it off the grill at 6pm. Put it on at 7am this morning. And the high is in the 30s today, not digging this frigid weather! Maybe I can stall our friends with bourbon and coke.LBGE
