I was about to say, no way you're putting a 700 HP 18K engine in your 65 C10....
Now why would you say that?
Correct me if I'm off base, but I thought that because I thought you were smart and practical.
Just messing with you little buddy. You're right, though, the 350 that was pulled out will be going back in, but better looking.

Question for you, JIC. Did you post that pic because you wanted to show the sweaters, or because you wanted to remind the UNC folks about that game?

Lol, honestly - the former.  The Wofford reminder is just a bonus.

Doing my second turbo butt with a different setup:
A 14 pound IBD bone in Boston Butt from Sam's club using Lane's Signature rub. Using the Roswell rig on top of the plate setter then the MiniWoo with a drip pan. Put three chunks of pecan wood in the Rockwood Lump at 9:30 this morning. This photo is 1 hour later.

Zero wait at the DMV.  The guy was waiting for me at the desk after working through the ropes.  Told him this wasn't real.  In and out in 2 min, a personal best.

We do that every day at my clinic, and it is far and away my least favorite thing to do.

I gladly pay the $10 for the glands to be expressed, that is where my DIY ends.

People ask me why dogs have those glands, and my answer always is, “to put my kids though college.”

Brisket now cooling rack resting for my neighbor's parents who are visiting as they have lot of land in the MI UP and provided (thru their son) a lot of stick burner apple wood this past summer.  Costco prime slightly over 10 lbs post trim.  Took a little over 9 hours averaging around 280*F on the dome.

As always photo quality poor-Thanks for lookin'.
When I take my glasses off, it is in focus.  Luckily, this is a BBQ forum, not a photography forum.  I'd hit that all day!
