    Is that 572 cubic inches (over 9 litres)? Are you modifying the frame to take the torque? I always wonder when watching US car programmes and massive engines are fitted on simple bendy ladder chassis.

    What's the FI control and were you not tempted to go crank triggered with ECU on the ignition?

    Yes, that is 572 cubic inches.  

    However, that will not be going in my truck.  I wish though!  

    This is going back into a 64 Corvette that drives to car shows and events around the country.  They don't trailer it.  It belongs to the sandblaster that done my cab.  

    They had a refresh of the engine as a lifter was going bad.

    The weather has warmed up a lot, the central heating is off and the family are all walking round in t shirts. I'm sat very close to a hot stove, wearing outdoor clothes and wrapped in a blanket. Still shivering. This came out of nowhere yesterday evening. Hope it's gone by the weekend.

    Just got back home from eating at Viliage Tavern in Winston-Salem.  Very nice atmosphere and great wait staff, but the food didn't hit the spot.  It was good just not what I was wanting I guess.

    We put this guy in remission 5 years ago.  Every Christmas, he dresses up in a custom Santa outfit...bells, hat and all.  He brings in soap, pickles, salsa, cappuccino blend, blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry jam.  Get a big old hug and a candy cane, caught up on things for a minute.  Fills the tank, while some fill theirs creepin' on pics of my ex's house. LOL
