@DuckDogDr Very nice. I'm looking forward to getting a few ducks over the holidays.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

moores law seems appropriate today =) this is how it applies to people.  i have 7 pictures sent over for quote, camera pics, zoomed in so 70 percent of the pic is of a section of tape measure. one shows the yellow tapemeasure from 72 to 74 inches with a line to the left =) before i call, anyone guess what it is.quotes due this afternoon. it was way easier in the old days with a sketch on a napkin FAXed to me :o

Just finished Longmire season 6, episode 10. Only made it last 5 weeks but at least SWMBO's DVR'd HallMark Christmas show listing is down to only 5 shows.

Recovering from several scheduling audibles and gearing up for a 90 mile (one-way) road-trip to the Cincy (CVG) airport; departing in around 90 minutes.  Really killed the adult beverage evening.  I will definitely enjoy one upon return at O'Dark Thirty.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
