@SciAggie the plate and groceries look great but the table decorations take it to another level.  Congrats.

@nolaegghead- Great looking protein.  Since you are complying with the "no fork" request of some members, I'm guessing you just plan to use that bone for the meat handle and enjoy.  ;)

@lousubcap It will make my wife happy that you said that.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Hey, there is no question you all do it up right. Looks like a true BLAST! One day I will be free of my burdens and join you guys. Sadly, that day is still a ways off. Love the sentiment Robin. Pro tip: don’t pass out first!

I have had the good sense to stay off site the first couple of years. I had a weak moment this year....and booked a camping site. My advanced age requires me to be tucked in nicely at 10:00. After a day of play with those guys.....prob 9:00 sharp. I don't play as hard as I once did. The wif holds a tight leash.

I run with some guys that are in full drinking shape! Some are older and some are younger. I used to be able to keep up with that pace, but no way no how these days. Need to go heavy on the grapefruit juice for the first few hours. Good luck!

@Eoin - thanks but from your posts here your game is on solid ground and definitely enhances the forum.  This is a simple cook that even I have mastered.  BTW- when in doubt, bacon for the win, every time  ;)

My daughter gave me a grilling cookbook so to honor her I made this...now my nemesis is wings and for the first time they did not suck. Do they look at all like the pic?

3 episodes left.  I'll finish it, but Walt and his daughter are aggravating.
