Loosely, I based the crepe recipe on this:

@foghorn and fam met with us the other night and we had these as an appetizer.  So I thought it would be nice for our GoT finale tonight.

They were phenomenal.   The stuffing was herbed goat cheese, cream cheese, garlic.  Used the LEM jerky cannon to lay down the filling.

Really easy to make.

Knowing @nolaegghead, these were better than what we had at Muriel's. And those were outstanding.  I wish my flight home had been cancelled. I would have been there to enjoy GoT and a banquet with them.

@JohnInCarolina - I have been gone from academia for many decades but I'm surprised that graduate students would be at the "intro level" for FEA.  With that number enrolled it sounds like this is gonna be just enough to make 'em dangerous in their chosen filed.  But I am likely way off the mark here.

That's just the title Lou.  It's probably a little misleading by itself.  Most of them have seen the method or used it as undergraduate engineering students.  But the graduate course as taught here is very theoretical.  The objective is to make sure they become informed users of the method and appreciate its limitations.

I use FEA every day, but only as it applies to forming sheet metal.  It would be interesting to sit in on your class.  I would probably be lost in 20 minutes.

Week off. Dropping our oldest at college for the first time on Wednesday morning...so a bunch of activity in the house with all the women folk. Trying to put a dent in the local Tito's supply and stay out of trouble.

@MJG, that's the right approach.  At the time of the actual move in, do the heavy lifting then find a place to relax.  I did that last week.
