Dad came over this morning and we spent the entire day fixing toilets. Literally. Basement toilet needed a new flange and wax ring. Powder room needed a new wax ring, fill valve, and flapper. Upstairs changed both wax rings. Between running to the store for parts and stuff, didn't finish til 5.
And it's raining... Moved the small to the front porch.
Tritip is on with salt, pepper, garlic, ancho chili, and paprika. Going indirect at 250* with a nice big chunk of oak in there. Once it gets close, I'll sear it.
I asked my wife if she wanted wine with dinner. She said, no not really. I had already un-corked this.
I guess I will have to take care of it properly.
