Just got back from Restaurant Depot. Picked up 100 pounds of boneless butt and other misc supplies for this weekend. Doing another fund raiser for other friends that are in the process of adopting from Uganda.
Just mixed up the dressing for the 15 pounds of slaw we'll be serving.

Waiting for my red-eye flight from SFO to AUS. Wheels up at midnight, land at 5:25, go right into the office. SWMBO is tired of low and slow, thinking of grilling up some chicken thighs and making spicy basil chicken tomorrow. (Ate at straits in Santana Row, Singapore/good).

Just had a quick pizza on the egg for lunch. I had some leftover Polish sausage so I threw it on there with some giardiniera. It was a nice combo.
