  Excited that the lump will be in tomorrow.  My schedule is a little "off" this week because my Mom passed away last Friday and we are preparing for her memorial service and due to that will be out of town tomorrow and again on Friday.  We could probably get it from you on Saturday, if that works for you.  We will be happy to come get it or meet you some place.  We live in SW Austin, at SH45 & FM1826- past Circle C.

  Howdy, I picked up a 10 lb. CAB grade packer this week from where else but Brookshires.....dang Brookshires with CAB grade beef, surprise. Price about $4.40/lb but already trimmed for smoking...I'll be curious on how juicy it is...given it's certified angus beef. It's getting harder to find Choice grade briskets around me....Target still has them but that's about it....all the other grocery chains are pushing Select....guess it's a sign of last year's drought and this year's low crop production. I'll post online the results.....tom

  I read your posts about reheating food saver packs. I want to reheat two packs of babybacks sealed in foodsaver. Question" Boiling water or just hot water, and for how long. Don't want to cook them any more. How will I know when they are hot enough to serve? Thanks in advance.
