Private equity. I went through about six years of that. I didn't hate it.dbCooper said:lousubcap said:Tried to edit under the gun but missed the mark-Corporate raiders personafied right here, "Chainsaw AL"
Folks of that ilk were known as Leveraged Buyout Organizations (LBO's) a generation or so ago. Those got a bad name for some reason, so they switched to VC's. Vulture Capitalist is the most apt name for them.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -

Hard to hang on when you’ve been replaced. New President has 30+ years in the field. Just hate driving away knowing I didn’t get enough face time with the new executive teamlousubcap said:ColbyLang said:

What is driving the vendor concerns? Recession, interest rates, overall uncertainty, or are there other more specific factors at play impacting the food industry?ColbyLang said:Packing. Haha, that would be like her mother (real dog mother) that turned 10 today. She is off to the side sleeping. She's a therapy dog that visits the local hospital, likes people, but outdoors, not so muchBattleborn said: -

Stuck in the quote box again. Anyway I think i'd rather deal with some snow and mosquitoes than anything venomous. Visit Arizona fairly often and that stuff gives me the heebie jeebies, just not used to it I guess -

A junk man knocked on the door a couple of hours ago. He wanted to know if he could have that “broke grill behind the house “. I said “no and if it disappears I Will be calling the police”. Then I let my 85 pound Boxer stick his head out the front door.

Way to jump thru that window of opportunity. That's quite an appetizer, never mind the rib eye.

The health department has been on my case about discharging my pool water into the sanitary sewer. For the past 40 years it's been fine to discharge onto the ground. Well today the sanitary sewer received 45,000 gallons of pool water. Plumbing done. Going to re-epoxy.Large, Medium, MiniMax, 36" Blackstone

How are you paying for the use of the sewer? Usually the bill is based upon water usage. Pools are usually filled with bulk trucks and not metered. Lastly, there are restrictions on what you can and cannot discharge or dump into a sanitary system. Good luck.kl8ton said:The health department has been on my case about discharging my pool water into the sanitary sewer. For the past 40 years it's been fine to discharge onto the ground. One of my favourite local buys - a sandwich place that is both generous and cheap. I love value.
The sauce is Renee’s Mighty Caesar (incredible) and the hot sauce is Doomed, by HellFire (2.7 million SHU, for the hot sauce enthusiasts). -
Just dropped this on the pavers and broke a tab. Double farts!
Located my 16oz Sweetwater IPA repair kit. Music provided by Southern Culture on the Skids. Works! Much less farty. Well, for now as we give the IPA some time to work.
