Now that's stepping up for a breakfast cook right there.  Great plate.

Those eggs are free range/hobby farm eggs.  Best yolk color you can get IMO.  I have a supplier and I don't have to do any of the work.  It's awesome.

@MasterC curious as to the internal temp when it "popped" as I remove when prepping the bird.  My bet is "too high" but I could be wrong as I hope I am.

Loving weekday afternoon football.  Watched a great Arsenal game yesterday, settling in for El Clasico while listening to a staff meeting.  Would love to watch Dortmund-RB Leipzig tomorrow afternoon, but we'll be driving to the in-laws.

Is this the inflection point of the season?  Two-thirds in and the stage that teams’ either capitulate or consolidate. It’s when injuries and suspensions bring forward the squad depth required to secure success or stave off the drop.

    Saturday

Man City v Newcastle, despite being 2nd and 5th both teams have ebbed away. The hosts were top - briefly, and are now five points adrift although in sparkling form.  The Toon have have won once in their last 6 and are four points off the Champions League. Frankly both need all there points and no pushover either way. Narrow 2-1

Arsenal v Bournemouth, The Gunners have a great chance to grind out a series of wins now to really push this race firmly their way.  A routine 2-0.

Villa v Palace, Fits and starts for the home team in the last 6 but they have passed the 30 point stage. Draw after draw for the mighty, but toothless, Eagles. We already know don’t we?  1-1

Brighton v West Ham, Has the Seagulls’ bubble burst?  One win in the last four, I do hope so - but the Hammers have been poor all season apart from last weekend’s big win. They played a new system and it really worked so maybe there’s a glimmer here? Hedging my bets for a 1-0, but it’s close

Chelsea v Leeds, both in dog fights as the hosts desperately try to find any kind of form or quality and floundering ten points adrift of any European football, while the visitors are flirting with the relegation tractor beam. Gnarly horrible game; 2-1

Wolves v Spurs, Have Spurs got the Spursy out their system?  A win here puts them right in the Top 4 mix, potentially 7 points clear of 5th.  Wolves are just weird. 1-2

Southampton v Leicester, you wouldn’t want to be a fan of either of these two teams. The hosts are floundering at the foot of the table, consecutive defeats then a random win, and that just makes it feel worse, right? The Foxes have not turned up this season. 2-2

    Sunday

Forest v Everton, A much bigger game than it might seem.  Forest have regressed to the mean and garnered just one point in three matches. Their visitors have shown signs of life but aren’t off the critical list by any stretch. They could even end up bottom if results go against them. Nuggety, ugly, huff and puff affair. 0-0.

Liverpool v Man Utd. The Reds are a shadow of recent seasons but are 6th and hold some threat.  Their guests won a cup last weekend and so will be brim full of confidence. Normal rules don’t always apply to this match though. Feisty one : 1-2

    Monday

Brentford v Fulham, excellent season for these next door neighbours. An away win gives Fulham a sniff of Europe. The Bees are facing the prospect of losing their leading scorer at some point due to breaking gambling rules. All square 1-1.

    Is all I got fellas!

Other girls may try to take me away

It's the same stats that have always been there, it's just formatted differently.

I would be winning on points were it not for all of the dislikes!  You lose points for those!!!

If points equated to prizes and if dislikes equated to less points for competitive purposes, then y’all better have your Costco card on you. Cuz I’d serve them dislikes in bulk!  ;)

Hooked up my generator  around an hour ago as the power has been out for around 3 hours with no end point in site.  Lost the juice when wind gusts hit 55 mph, highest recorded was 63 mph.  Slowing ebbing now but the damage has been done.  Gonna be a protracted outage I'm sure.
After firing the generator and hooking up essential loads with fridges at the top, then computer, I figured I better go refill my gas supply.  Passed four stations in the dark before finding one open and that was seven miles down the main road.
Edit-at least the BGE's are ready to roll.

My 4.5 year old had a friend over. Simple brats and hot dogs on the egg but felt good to be back on a dry non snow covered patio.

Beers still flowing. Happy Friday my dudes!
