@nolaegghead - Thanks for that information. I did not see that being done. The poured area is 4'7" x 2'10" x 4". Will talk to plumber Monday, he used to do the concrete work on all his jobs like this but subs it out now in order to do more actual plumbing jobs.Ubi panis, ibi patria.

While I was working at Thiokol they were re-loading the propellant into all three stages of the Air Force's Minuteman III ICBMs. The propellant was poured into the stages and allowed to harden, while under a vacuum; this forced any air bubbles up to the surface, so there were no voids in the propellant grain. Turns out, this pasta factory does the same thing to their semolina/water dough, which is quite dry. Neat!“I'll have what she's having."

They are doing it up right. I love the vibe. And I think I like it better that it comes out of a truck. Seems to keep the expectations down a bit and then when you get the goods it exceeds everything you imagine would come from a food truck.
