OT - What are you doing right now?

I’ll probably roast a thick steak in it to start, or a chuck roast, just to get the hang of how it works. But I really want to do ribs for the first “long” cook on it. I feel like that’s really what this thing is ideally set up for.GrateEggspectations said:

Sister-in-law kindly brought by some bread she just made. She is already a great baker, and is now taking a bread-specific course. We were thinking we’d A/B the two loaves, one of which is apparently “more sour” than the other - and intentionally so.

Celebrating 13 years of wedded bliss to my wonderful wife by working all day long…..we had a very nice dinner Friday night with my parents to celebrate. Should be off by 4pm, so not a total loss!
