@Mattman3969 I got the Rancilio Silvia + doserless Rocky grinder. I liked that it’s user serviceable. Will likely mod it with a PID unit in about 6months. Or less.
What beans are you enjoying?  I’ve been using Lavazza Super Crema and Giveme Coffee Leftist
We've been stuck on the Ruta Maya Medium Roast for a couple of years now. It was good in the superauto we had, but even better now, after dialing in the new machine and grinder. Tried the Lavazza Super Crema in the past, and liked it, but I don't think the superauto did it justice.

The bean is a whole nutha rabbithole by itself, so I guess that's coming up :)

Got a 4 degrees of Kevin Bacon thing going on. Shortly after getting home from picking my daughter up from my parents, they called to inform me that they just found out that the sister of one of my moms coworkers tested positive. Now, mom's office will get tested. The waiting game begins.

I’ve cooked several racks lately that weren’t huge, but they weren’t good either.  Back to Costco 3 pack for me now that they’re stocking them again.  No idea if they’ll be better or it’s just quality of what’s out there right now.
    Love you bro!

the local market basket repacks theres under their own label. solution added hormels are what you get from them with no info on the package. the vacuum originally packed ribs though are huge and pricey but are worth it but when you are looking for just one rack and its over 20 bucks...

I do not see a Cam, Belicheat, McDaniels relationship working. It will be interesting to watch, for sure.

Cam is an absolute beast.  I hope he can stay healthy.  The NFL is better when he's active.

Not sure what he's got left in the tank. It definitely makes them a playoff team

He needs to stay in the pocket to stay healthy.  He went through a weird period where he was over-throwing everything.  Hope he's practiced and has it dialed in.

Supposedly more dust, dirt, and mud resistant.  Rear brakes do not need the same stopping power, so other benefits out weighed switching to discs.
