Cancelled Glastonbury would be on this weekend, so lots of replays on the BBC plus tons available on iPlayer. So far we've done full sets from Beyonce, Foo Fighters, Arcade Fire, Stormzy, Sleaford Mods and currently LCD Sound System. Going to fit Idles in later, not sure what else yet.
    Sleaford Mods!    =)

We just re-watched Nile Rogers / Chic  - never get bored of that set.

Other girls may try to take me away

I'm not sure Sleaford Mods would be very comprehensible across the pond.

So I read all the words, and recognize most of them, but really do not even know what y'all are talking about.

Watching Inception with my daughter.  She wants to see Tenet later this summer, so I thought I would introduce her to a Christopher Nolan movie first.

Sleaford Mods are a band, very good, and local to us in the East Midlands. Social commentary with a dash of foul language. Actually, more than a dash, so definitely parental advisory. https://m.youtube.com/results?search_query=sleaford+mods

Christopher Nolan is a favorite contemporary director of mine.  Memento blew my mind the first time I saw it.  Pre-internet twisted movies were the best.

I just finished cutting grass. While doing so I noticed that some vile creature had cut off all of the leaves on one of my 4 jalapeño plants. I blame Nola.

You shouldn’t blame Nola, but rather the n00b he brainwashed into cutting all the leaves off your jalapeño plants.

I find Jolly F* ker to be quite catchy.

Made a quick 6 hour trip to Northern Nevada yesterday to meet my parents halfway and grab child #3 from them. Came back to this today.
Somwhere in there is Vegas. Also, Mt. Charleston is on fire with 40 mph sustained winds. That sounds fun.

@caliking - which machine did you get?  Auto or SuperAuto ?   4 shots a day has turned into my morning norm since I got mine.

@SciAggie I have the machine plugged in to a smart plug, so it turns on in the AM, afternoon, and after dinner.  It’s a steady, consistent, level of caffeination =) And yes, I’m getting used to the jitjitjitters by now...

@Mattman3969 I got the Rancilio Silvia + doserless Rocky grinder. I liked that it’s user serviceable. Will likely mod it with a PID unit in about 6months. Or less.

Spent an hour or so this afternoon stitching up (one side of) the vinyl tonneau cover on my truck.

Channeled all kinds of know how from medical school, and watching a cobbler many times when I was a kid. It was kinda therapeutic :)
