A few cooks from this week that I didn't get round to posting.
Chicken quarters roasted on the MMX.
Sausages and pulled beef.
Jerk chicken thighs.
Chicken Dopiaza, as before with grilled chicken but with a lot more habanero chilli powder in the sauce.
Spiced yoghurt marinaded chicken thighs, skin off for this.

Making a mount so that I can flush mount the TV in the entertainment center. It will be nice to hide those wires once it's done

Wondering why the forum is running at dial-up speed right now...Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Thanks to you guys, it was my first time making pepper stout beef and won’t be the last.
A piece of chimney creosote fell onto the roast in the photo. Maybe time for a clean burn. Also that would make epic tamale filling.South of Columbus, Ohio. -

@Acn - what’s on the left side of the plate?

@farmingphd - sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced, tossed with oil, herb, salt, and roasted. Not quite like chips, but the edges do get a little crunch to them.

Marinating some asada for fajitas on the blackstone later today. Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, fresh squeezed orange and lime juice from our trees, various seasonings. Also doing some pre-marinated citrus pollo.Really enjoying the blackstone, so glad I got rid of the gasser except for losing my egg accessory storage.I am not neglecting my egg either, turbo baby backs for dinner later.

4 hours pulling everything out, cleaning and reorganization. Stuff just got thrown in during the move with a cubby hole for the mower. Much better! Now time to get the garage in this good of shape
